How to pay for your stay?
The balance of the stay is to be paid 1 month before your arrival. If you book less than 30 days before your arrival, you will have to pay the total amount of your stay at the time of booking.
What are the authorized means of payment?
- Cheque payable to SARL VILLA LANDREAU (if arrival more than 30 days before the beginning of the stay)
- ANCV – the cheque must arrive with the stub, name and address of the holder on each cheque
- Credit card by phone or on the website www.villa-landreau.fr
- Cash or bank transfer
Can I book a particular rental?
We will try to accommodate your request but we cannot guarantee a specific location in advance.
Is it possible to cancel a reservation?
No refund will be possible, except if you subscribed an insurance with Campe Couvert to the reservation. The application for reimbursement must be made to them.
Are pets allowed in the rentals?
Only 1 animal per rental. Attention dogs of 1st and 2nd category are strictly forbidden. The vaccination booklet (with tattoo number and up to date vaccination) will be requested upon arrival.
Do I need to bring my own bedding?
Yes, you must bring your own sheets, towels and kitchen towels.
At the reception desk, you can buy disposable sheets (large sheets 12 €, small sheets 10 €)
What happens if I arrive late?
It is necessary to inform the reception at 02.51.93.01.20, to deposit your deposit by credit card by telephone.
What are the conditions of access to the pool?
Access reserved exclusively for the customers of the camp-site
Swim shorts and dresses are not allowed
Are visitors allowed in the pool?
For safety reasons, visitors are not allowed in the pool.
Is there WIFI on the campsite?
Yes, there is a WIFI access for a fee on the whole campsite.
Are barbecues allowed?
Gas or electric barbecues are allowed. Charcoal barbecues are prohibited.
How are the rentals departing?
Rentals must be vacated by 10 am maximum.
The exit inventory will be done by our cleaning team AFTER your departure and the deposit will be cancelled if no damage has been noticed.
What if I want to take the cleaning service?
If you wish to take the cleaning option you can do so until the day before your departure, subject to availability. Please note that the cleaning option does not include dishes and cupboards as well as garbage cans which must be emptied by you.
Can I have one more person to sleep with?
For reasons of comfort, the rentals have a maximum capacity of 4 to 7 people depending on the type of mobile home. If you plan to receive an extra person, please check with the reception desk to make sure that your accommodation is suitable. The new occupant will have to be declared and will have to pay the tourist tax and/or supplement.
